Meet Your Coaches
Keri M. Hill, Ph.D., CHES, (Also known as Dr. Heal)
Certified Wellness Coach & Co-Facilitator of Recovery & Discovery Groups
Experiencing my two divorces and the divorce of my parents has changed me. The two and a half year experience of my first divorce, and the struggles of co-parenting the years following, were traumatic. I have spent so much time reflecting, researching, healing, and now experiencing aliveness.
Since the traumatic divorce, I have earned a PhD, shared a beautiful life with my second husband that ended in a smooth, cordial, uncontested divorce; and I am fulfilling so many dreams.
As a Divorce Recovery Expert, Professor, and a Health and Wellness Executive Leader, I have spent the past 25 years researching and working in women’s wellness and maternal and child health with a primary focus on addressing mental and emotional well-being.
During my first divorce, I often heard friends and family say “Oh, you are gonna be just fine.” I struggled to believe them at the time because I was experiencing so much pain that it was difficult to imagine being on the other side of it. But, my commitment to self-growth and to living a joyful life has me doing so much BETTER than “fine.” As your coach, I want the same for you.
